OLD TESTAMENT THEOLOGY: The "OT" bit references historical, literary, cultural issues (the particulars), the "theology" bit references the Big Picture (and why it matters). These two poles are expressed in the title. This blog concerns everything in between.

That's My King!
I thought this was great! Does anyone know who's speaking here?
That's the first time I've seen this but it seems that it has made its way around the internet. I found that this is a message by Dr. S. M. Lockridged (Wikipedia article).
Thanks for sharing this. This was a breath of fresh air for my soul.
The Christian Union (an Evangelical student alliance) on campus here at Aberdeen showed this video last September for the opening of their Friday night praise and worship service. I was highly impressed then, just as now. I had wanted to see/hear it again, but didn't know who it was or what the video was called; so, thanks for posting this. I wonder if this was done extempore (I've seen some pretty impressive stuff done by African-American preachers). The 4:06 (minute:second) mark is fantastic!

Totally, and the guy has a doctorate, so he must be right!
