Narrative and Ontology

OLD TESTAMENT THEOLOGY: The "OT" bit references historical, literary, cultural issues (the particulars), the "theology" bit references the Big Picture (and why it matters). These two poles are expressed in the title. This blog concerns everything in between.

Please feel free to criticise me, deconstruct me, tear me apart. In fact, I want you to do it! Don't worry about politeness, but do it with love. Which is, of course, harder than being polite.

Otherwise, let me know your thoughts, feelings, hopes and fears. 'Subjective' things like these are the very stuff of theology.

I'm a technological numpty, so setting up this blog is probably the most significant e-experience I've had since I got hotmail about ten years ago. However, the thirst for dialogue partners and an urge to express has forced me out of the comfort of my office into the excting (and scary) new world of cyberspace. Mal sehen was passiert! I've been interviewed at biblioblogs.com. I also have an academia.edu profile. Oh, and I now have an Amazon wishlist.
